No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the significant infrastructure and operational costs involved in providing AI-powered learning, all payments made to Synvia AI are non-refundable.

Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be canceled for a refund, whether the service is used partially or not used at all.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

However, users will continue to have full access to the platform and its features until the end of the current billing period.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, remaining subscription periods, or changes in subscription plans.

Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of duplicate payments or billing errors, users may contact support for review. Any resolution will be at our sole discretion.
